All about Reiki

Reiki is one of the most ancient healing methods known to mankind. It originated in Tibet and was re-discovered in the 19th Century by a Japanese monk named Dr Mikao Usui.

We all have energy around us and within us. If our supply of this energy is low and depleted, it is believed we may suffer from physical, emotional and mental exhaustion.

Reiki is a completely natural and simple method of healing which may allow you to absorb more life force energy, through the hands of the Practitioner.

It may help to:
• balance the energy in the body
• relax and reduce stress
• strengthen the immune system
• clear toxins

A Reiki session is usually very relaxing and many individuals may find it brings about a sense of peace and calm.
